The other day I made an Italian dessert called "zabaglione". It is a custard-type dessert consisting of marsala wine, sugar, and eggs. I was surprised how easy this dessert was to make. The best part about zabaglione is how short the preparation time is! It only takes ten minutes! Also, you can replace the marsala wine for any other sweet wine or beverage.
